Semcaspi promove o I Fórum de Medida Socioeducativa nesta sexta-feira (22) 

A Secretaria Municipal de Assistência Social e Políticas Integradas (Semcaspi), por meio da Gerência Proteção Social Especial (GPSE), irá promover o I Fórum de Medida Socioeducativa do Município de Teresina. O evento acontecerá, nesta sexta-feira (22), de 8h às 13h, no auditório da ASA, localizado na avenida Frei Serafim, Centro.

O fórum tem como tema: “Perspectivas de Ação Intersetorial na Efetivação da MSE em Meio Aberto no Município de Teresina. Na ocasião, ocorrerão debates sobre a garantia dos direitos dos jovens em medida socioeducativa e articulação entre os diversos órgãos responsáveis pela execução destas medidas.

Segundo Allan Cavalcante, secretário da Semcaspi, o fórum é o espaço para a construção de soluções conjuntas e o fortalecimento das políticas voltadas para a juventude teresinense.

“Este encontro é uma forma de concretizarmos ainda mais o compromisso da gestão municipal em garantir o pleno desenvolvimento e a proteção dos direitos dos adolescentes em situação de vulnerabilidade, buscando discutir formas de melhorar as medidas socioeducativas destes jovens que muitas vezes não têm perspectivas de crescimento pessoal e, por meio destas políticas públicas, conseguem ter uma visão de futuro”, destaca.

Ricardo Oliveira, coordenador do AEPETI e membro da Comissão Organizadora do I Fórum Municipal de Medidas Socioeducativas, conta que é fundamental o olhar intersetorial quando se trata de medidas socioeducativas.

“Iremos debater a ação intersetorial para efetivar as medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto na cidade de Teresina. Discutiremos os setores responsáveis por essas medidas, como os órgãos de educação, justiça, cultura, esporte e lazer, para que possamos juntos refletir a responsabilidade na ação intersetorial para que os adolescentes que estão em medidas socioeducativas possam usufruir destas ações e estratégias de enfrentamento dessa vulnerabilidade social, possibilitando uma nova perspectiva de vida para estes adolescentes”, reforça. Francisco de Sousa, orientador social de medidas socioeducativas no CREAS Sudeste, destaca a importância deste debate para ressocialização dos jovens em medidas socioeducativas na sociedade.

“Esse fórum vem da necessidade que já havíamos observado há algum tempo, desde a implantação das medidas no município, por meio da publicização e socialização das ações e trabalhando com as redes e parcerias para que esses jovens, eles possam ser inseridos na sociedade por meio de qualificação profissional, inserção deles nas escolas formais e ressignificando a vida desses jovens que por ausência de Políticas públicas, se vêem à margem da sociedade”, fala.
