Lula está bem e deve ter alta na semana que vem, dizem médicos após procedimento
Petista fez uma cirurgia de emergência na terça para drenar hematoma na cabeça e, agora, passou por uma embolização. Segundo os médicos, ele não ficará com nenhuma sequela.
A equipe médica do presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva disse na manhã desta quinta-feira (12), em entrevista à imprensa, que o presidente está bem e “superestável” após a realização de procedimento para evitar um novo sangramento na cabeça. A previsão de alta está mantida para o início da semana que vem, na segunda ou terça-feira.
Segundo os médicos, o exame neurológico do presidente está normal. A única recomendação é de repouso relativo para que ele não faça esforço físico e evite estresse emocional.
A técnica realizada em Lula não é considerada uma cirurgia, mas um “procedimento endovascular (embolização de artéria meníngea média)”. A intervenção faz parte do protocolo pós-cirúrgico.
O petista, que tem 79 anos, fez uma cirurgia de emergência na madrugada de terça-feira (10) para drenar um hematoma na cabeça – ainda em decorrência da queda que sofreu no banheiro de casa em outubro.
“O procedimento foi feito com sucesso, é um complemento ao procedimento cirúrgico [de terça]. O presidente está acordado, na UTI, já está comendo, está superestável. Então, isso não atrasou nem um pouco a programação dos próximos dias, que, dependendo da evolução do presidente, ele deverá ter alta no começo da semana”, afirmou Roberto Kalil, que é médico pessoal de Lula, acrescentando depois que a alta deverá ser na segunda ou terça.
Segundo ele, o presidente sempre se manteve sereno, seguindo ordens médicas e protocolos de tratamento. “Desde o primeiro momento pós drenagem, ele estava sentado, comendo e consciente”, disse.
O procedimento teve início por volta das 7h10 e durou menos de uma hora. Foi usada apenas sedação por se tratar de uma intervenção minimamente invasiva e não precisou de anestesia geral.
O neurologista Rogério Tuma explicou que a intervenção foi feita em caráter preventivo – não houve um novo sangramento. “A chance de [o hematoma] se refazer é baixa”, disse.
Segundo o neurologista Marcos Stavale, que também integra a equipe de Lula, o “risco de ter um novo sangramento é estatisticamente desprezível”. “Ele está neurologicamente perfeito, está ótimo, conversando”, ressaltou.

O dreno que está no local da cirurgia de terça “será, provavelmente, retirado no final desta tarde”, afirmou Kalil. Lula continuará no mesmo quarto onde está, mas, a partir de amanhã, a monitoração dos parâmetros de saúde dele deverá ser reduzida.
“Ele vai continuar nos próximos dias a rotina de fisioterapia. Os cuidados intensivos vão diminuindo, evidentemente. E, se tudo correr como está correndo, no começo da semana, o presidente deve ter alta”, esclareceu.
Sobre o quadro gripal que o presidente aparentava ter na segunda-feira (9), antes da cirurgia, a infectologista Ana Helena Germoglio, chefe da equipe médica da Presidência da República, disse que ele chegou a ter febre, mas que os exames já estão normais.
“Ele teve episódio de febre. Os exames são compatíveis com um quadro viral, que ainda não conseguimos identificar o vírus responsável porque nem todos os vírus a gente consegue identificar de forma pronta, mas os exames já se normalizaram. Então, não há mais sinal sugestivo de doença viral, mas, sim pode ter sido uma concomitância de fatores, que podem ter precipitado esse quadro inflamatório que chegou na hemorragia”, disse.
Logo que o procedimento desta manhã terminou, Kalil já tinha dado uma declaração afirmando que havia sido feito com “sucesso”. (Veja no vídeo abaixo.)

Após a cirurgia realizada na terça, os médicos tinham reiterado que Lula não ficará com nenhuma sequela e que as funções neurológicas dele estão preservadas.
Recuperação
Agora, a recuperação de Lula vai exigir um repouso relativo, segundo a equipe médica. Com exceção da família, as visitas estão proibidas até o fim da internação.
Os médicos ressaltaram que o presidente está “apto para praticar qualquer ato de vida” e a trabalhar, mas a recomendação é que ele não trabalhe enquanto estiver no hospital para não passar por estresse.
Questionado se Lula tem trabalhado, Kalil respondeu acreditar que “ele vá conversar com os assessores nos próximos dias”. “É natural na posição dele”, ponderou.
Nesta quinta, o ministro da Casa Civil, Rui Costa, disse em uma rede social que conversou na noite de quarta por videochamada com o presidente e que “ele estava com o bom humor de sempre”.
A atividade física diária que o presidente faz, por exemplo, terá que ser adiada por um tempo.
Queda no banheiro e dor de cabeça
O presidente foi internado às pressas no fim da noite de segunda no Hospital Sírio-Libanês em São Paulo após passar o dia com dor de cabeça. Ele achava, na verdade, que estivesse ficando com gripe.
Ainda em Brasília, ele havia feito um exame de imagem, que mostrou uma nova hemorragia intracraniana, de cerca de três centímetros. Lula foi, então, transferido para São Paulo.

Embora, na queda, Lula tivesse batido a região da nuca, o hematoma estava na região do lobo frontal e do lobo parietal. O lobo frontal está localizado diretamente atrás da testa, e o parietal, atrás do frontal.
Isso acontece, segundo os médicos, porque o sangramento é causado pelo “chacoalhão” do cérebro na batida e não é no local da batida.
O lobo frontal é considerado o centro de controle por ser responsável pelos movimentos voluntários do corpo, pela linguagem e pelo gerenciamento das habilidades cognitivas. Já o lobo parietal faz a integração das informações sensoriais, como toque, temperatura e dor.
