Programa de Transformação Digital do Piauí.
Gov.Pi Cidadão: Governo lança plataforma de serviços digitais na segunda (18)
A ferramenta desponta como um divisor de águas no modelo de acesso do cidadão aos serviços públicos no Estado.
Dentro de uma perspectiva de modernização e transformação digital, o Governo do Piauí lança, na segunda-feira (18), às 11h30, em solenidade no Palácio de Karnak, o Gov.Pi Cidadão — plataforma que possibilita a oferta de serviços públicos dentro de um ambiente virtual seguro. A Secretaria de Estado do Planejamento (Seplan) realizou a catalogação dos primeiros serviços a serem ofertados pelos órgãos estaduais na plataforma que, por meio da Empresa de Tecnologia da Informação do Estado do Piauí (Etipi), foi desenvolvida e validada.
Com o novo sistema, as secretarias, órgãos, autarquias, fundações e empresas públicas estaduais vão disponibilizar serviços ao cidadão de forma on-line. A população vai poder acessar o Gov.Pi Cidadão pelo celular, computador, tablet, ou outro dispositivo móvel, sem precisar sair de casa. Inicialmente, serão ofertados cerca de 50 serviços públicos de 13 secretarias estaduais. De forma gradativa, outros serviços serão disponibilizados. Além disso, a ideia é que, paulatinamente, a presença física do cidadão em órgãos públicos seja substituída por uma experiência de acesso digital.
“Queremos facilitar a vida do cidadão que ainda precisa se dirigir para um escritório do governo, uma secretaria, departamento ou agência para resolver pendências, buscar serviços, informações. Com o Gov.Pi Cidadão, os serviços serão ofertados de forma on-line, por meio de um aplicativo e também de um site, evitando assim deslocamentos, filas e burocracias”, disse o presidente da Etipi, Ellen Gera.
Isso será possível porque o cidadão vai ter uma identidade digital. “Ao acessar, a plataforma vai reconhecer o perfil desse cidadão, e será capaz de verificar se ele tem veículo no Detran, suas pendências, por exemplo. A ideia é que o cidadão possa usar suas redes sociais, sua internet, seu aparelho para se divertir, trabalhar e, se precisar, encontrar de forma fácil os serviços do Governo na palma da mão”, finaliza o presidente da Etipi.
O Gov.PI Cidadão é uma importante entrega do Governo do Estado, dentro do Programa de Transformação Digital do Piauí. Essa e outras ações nessa área, chancelam uma nova forma prática e moderna de fazer a gestão pública, com o uso de soluções tecnológicas, visando benefícios reais às pessoas.

A solução tecnológica utilizada no estado para a implantação do Gov.Pi segue o modelo já implantado com sucesso no governo da Estônia, país que conta com 99% de todos os serviços governamentais oferecidos de forma on-line e 99% da população possui identificação eletrônica. No Governo Digital, de forma transversal, a tecnologia auxilia no desenvolvimento de todas as áreas, como a saúde, empreendedorismo, educação, segurança, políticas públicas, atração de novos investimentos, dentre outras.
Dentro de um programa de transformação digital, o estado já celebra grandes avanços, como a implantação do serviço de telessaúde, que já zerou filas de atendimento médico no interior do estado. O uso da tecnologia por meio do App Colab permitiu que os piauienses participassem, de forma digital, das decisões do governo sobre investimentos no programa de Orçamento Popular (OPA).
Facilitando a vida do empreendedor, o Governo do Piauí já entregou o GOV.PI Empresas, plataforma que reúne os serviços de vários órgãos — estaduais e municipais — necessários para abertura e licenciamento de novos empreendimentos, dando agilidade e reduzindo a burocracia.
A modernização dos serviços públicos também gerou facilidades para os servidores. Além da implantação de ferramentas que agilizam o dia a dia no trabalho, como o Sistema Eletrônico de Informações (SEI), foi criado o Portal do Servidor, ambiente virtual de uso exclusivo desse público, com acesso ao contracheque, e-mails corporativos e outras informações.
