A Defesa Civil reforça que em casos de emergência é importante seguir as orientações da DC e 193
Defesa Civil monitora incidentes causados pelas chuvas em cidades do Piauí,
A Sedec irá adotar um protocolo de vistoria para atender os municípios atingidos pelas chuvas.
As Diretorias de Prevenção e Mitigação, Resposta, Engenharia e Recursos Hídricos da Secretaria de Estado da Defesa Civil (Sedec) estiveram reunidos, nesta quarta-feira (3), para avaliar os sinistros que ocorreram na última semana de dezembro de 2023, nos municípios de Assunção do Piauí e Currais. Os incidentes envolvem episódios de chuvas e rompimento de paredes de barreiros que resultaram em grandes transtornos e prejuízos materiais às populações locais.
De acordo com o diretor de Prevenção e Mitigação, Werton Costa, a Sedec irá adotar um protocolo de vistoria para atender os municípios atingidos pelas chuvas. “Enviaremos equipes para os municípios de Assunção do Piauí e Currais para a construção de um relatório técnico a ser encaminhado o mais breve possível ao gabinete de crise, composto pela Secretaria de Governo; Secretaria de Estado da Defesa Civil; Secretaria de Estado da Assistência Social, Trabalho e Direitos Humanos (Sasc); Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Piauí; e Secretaria de Estado da Infraestrutura (Seinfra), pois temos consciência da emergência caracterizada pela urgência de atendimento de situação que possa ocasionar prejuízos e comprometer a segurança das pessoas, exigindo rápidas providências”, conta.
Participaram da reunião, o diretor de Prevenção e Mitigação, Werton Costa, além dos diretores de Resposta, José Inácio; Engenharia e Reconstruções, Eduardo Apolonio e de Recursos Hídricos, Francisco Carvalho.
